Time: 20 mins
Serves: 12

Ingredients:

  • 200g Nougat and Nice Blueberry and Rose Nougat

  • 750g White Chocolate (chopped)

  • 200g Marshmallows (mini or regular, chopped)

  • 200g Raspberry Jellies (or Turkish delight)

Garnish:

  • Edible Rose Petals (for decoration)

  • Freeze-Dried Blueberries (optional, for an extra fruity touch)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Tray:

    • Line a square or rectangular baking tray (20cm x 20cm or similar) with parchment paper, ensuring the edges are covered for easy removal later.

  2. Melt the Chocolate:

    • Place the chopped white chocolate in a heatproof bowl.

    • Melt the chocolate by setting the bowl over a pan of simmering water (double boiler method), or microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.

  3. Mix in the Ingredients:

    • Once the chocolate is fully melted, remove from heat and allow it to cool slightly for about 2 minutes.

    • Add in the Nougat and Nice Blueberry and Rose Nougat (chopped into bite-sized pieces), marshmallows, and raspberry jellies. Stir gently until all ingredients are well-coated in the melted chocolate.

  4. Pour and Set:

    • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking tray and spread evenly with a spatula.

    • Smooth out the top and press down gently to ensure the ingredients are compact.

  5. Garnish:

    • Sprinkle edible rose petals and freeze-dried blueberries on top for a beautiful finish.

    • Press the garnish lightly into the rocky road so it sticks.

  6. Chill:

    • Place the tray in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or until the rocky road has fully set.

  7. Serve:

    • Once set, remove the rocky road from the tray and cut into squares or bars with a sharp knife.
